The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving sales and marketing strategies for residential projects (condominiums and subdivisions) and commercial properties. The role leads sales teams and brokers, manages project launches and leasing initiatives, and ensures achievement of sales, revenue, and occupancy targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects.
• Lead and manage sales teams, brokers, and accredited agents.
• Oversee residential project launches, commercial leasing and sales campaigns, and promotions.
• Manage client negotiations, contracts, and deal closures.
• Monitor sales pipeline, leasing performance, and marketing effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in residential and commercial real estate.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Must bi willing to work onsite in Iloilo.
