Job Title: Technical Recruiter / Sourcing Associate

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Work Schedule: Flextime day shift, Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week

Job Description:

As a Technical Recruiter / Sourcing Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing candidates daily using a variety of recruitment channels
• Calling and screening candidates to understand their experience, interests, and suitability
• Creating and updating candidate profiles in our internal system, including notes, resumes, and job progress
• Matching candidates to suitable job openings from our clients
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and employers
• Preparing candidates for interviews and providing post-interview feedback
• Supporting candidates through job offers, onboarding, and the probationary period
• Building lasting relationships with candidates and contributing to successful placements

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Preferably holds a degree in Information Technology or a computer-related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
• Must have a reliable laptop/desktop, stable internet connection with backup, a noise-cancelling headset, and a quiet working environment
