The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and performing general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations of the office. This role involves interacting with clients, guests, and employees, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Ensure a comfortable waiting area for visitors.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly.
Take messages when necessary and ensure timely delivery.
Manage general email inquiries and forward to the appropriate team member.
