Scope of Work/Responsibilities

1. Design and implement a comprehensive and efficient reconciliation solution to identify data discrepancies.
2. Expand the reconciliation scope to ensure a thorough and detailed examination of discrepancies.
3. Automate the reconciliation process to reduce manual effort, improve processing time, and enhance accuracy.
4. Collaborate with business users to empower them in improving data accuracy, addressing discrepancies, streamlining operations, and risks.
5. Develop and maintain APIs to facilitate seamless integration and communication between systems, addressing and fixing data break causes effectively and improving data integrity and quality.
6. Assist in the generation of statistical analyses and reporting to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
7. Reporting & Incident Management: Provide regular project status updates and assist with solutions for escalated production incidents, conducting root cause analysis and proposing preventive measures.

Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, (or equivalent work experience).
• Proficiency in Python programming is essential, and familiarity with other languages and data analysis tools would be advantageous.
• Strong numerical aptitude and comfort with large data sets.
• Ability to design and implement automated solutions for data validation and reconciliation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with business users and team members.
• Experience with ITIL, Agile, or similar IT frameworks.
• Bonus: Knowledge of private sector operations, CreditLens, LoanIQ, or Summit.

Work Arrangement

• Willing to work remotely with occasional reporting to Headquarters if necessary
• Work Schedule is from 9:00AM – 6:00PM Manila Time.
