职位描述

  • Assist in the procurement of goods and services.
  • Assist in purchasing processes, manage inventory levels, vendor relations, and negotiate terms and pricing.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and manage inventory levels.
  • Support the purchasing team with data entry and order processing.
  • Analyze market trends to optimize purchasing strategies.
  • Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in purchasing, inventory and vendor management, time management, and problem solving. Proficiency in canvassing and negotiating.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional visits to vendors and warehouses.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and excellent communicator.
