  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure that project plans align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure that tasks are completed on schedule. Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with project team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations. Facilitate regular project meetings and updates.
  • Identify and assess project risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project timelines and outcomes.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications. Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain high-quality output.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses. Ensure that projects are completed within budget constraints and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.


职位要求

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
