  • Conduct thorough cost estimations for projects
  • Analyze blueprints and project specifications
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams
  • Prepare detailed reports and cost breakdowns
  • Review and adjust estimates based on project changes
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student with no prior experience required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in estimation software, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare project cost estimates, analyze resources, prepare detailed project plans, and support senior estimators.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with potential on-site visits; standard working hours.
