What's the role?

Manage Accounts Payable invoice inquiries from third party vendors and business Stakeholders, transitioned by AP Chatbot and remaining exceptions going thru AP Vendor Helpdesk mailbox by ensuring timely and accurate dispatching of exceptions and resolution of vendor queries through standardized processes at a sustainable cost.

Dimensions:

AP Vendor Helpdesk overall is expected to manage approximately 22,000 Vendor queries a month spanning 30-40 operating units and several ERPs including GSAP, SERP, Blueprint, as well as various languages.

What You Bring

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
  • Preferably with experience in accounting area or previous experience in Accounts Payable processing.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Skills on vendor account reconciliation (accounts payable line items)
  • Strongly conversant in English, both oral and written.
  • Skills on stakeholder management and business partnering.
  • Able to adapt to the needs of diverse range of cultures and business disciplines.
  • Diligently follows the standard process.
  • Highly accountable to own tasks and deliverables.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and improvement driven.
  • Good time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.
