- Manage payroll processing for employees
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries
- Prepare payroll reports and summaries
- Assist with year-end tax filings
- Collaborate with HR on compensation and benefits
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing or HR roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong computer literacy, MS Excel proficiency, compliance knowledge, and effective communication.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, may require occasional overtime during payroll cycles.
- Qualities and Traits: High discretion, leadership skills, detail-oriented, and ability to handle confidential information.
