• Review and annotate medical documents, such as patient records, treatment plans, expense estimates, medical bills, and diagnostic imaging results.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of annotation requirements.
• Update data in our system to tell the medical history of the plaintiff.
• Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality is secure by adhering to relevant privacy laws.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives by providing feedback on process improvement
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• CPC/ AHIMA Certified
• At least 3 years of medical coding experience, preferably in E/M, HCC.
