Scope: Building Facilities Maintenance

• Preferably skilled in air conditioning, electronics, electricals, and electro-mechanical systems

• Must have general knowledge across multiple areas, rather than a specialized focus

• Course background is not a strict requirement

Job Requirements:

• Must be willing to work in confined spaces and perform tasks requiring physical effort

• Must be comfortable with STP-related tasks

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities

• Experience: 3–5 years in the same field
