Job Summary:

As a Live Streamer, you will be responsible for hosting live broadcasts, engaging with viewers, and cultivating a loyal community around our brand.

Responsibilities:

1. Establishing a connection with viewers to create a loyal and engaged audience. This involves being personable, approachable, and charismatic.

2. Responding to live comments, questions, and feedback, making the audience feel involved and heard.

3. Encouraging viewers to comment, share, like, and participate in the live broadcast.

4. Responsible for presenting products, demonstrating their features, and explaining their benefits. This is often done in a sales-driven environment, like live shopping events.

5. Promoting limited-time offers: Highlighting special deals, discounts, and exclusive offers during the live session.

6. Encouraging purchases: For live shopping broadcasts, the host may be responsible for guiding viewers through the purchasing process, showing product links, and creating urgency for viewers to buy.

7. Handling PR or customer service: If any complaints or issues arise during the live session, the host may need to address them professionally and diplomatically.

8. Developing unique formats: Experimenting with different formats to keep the content fresh, such as interviews, challenges, Q&A sessions, behind-the-scenes looks, or exclusive product reveals.

9. Adhering to platform guidelines: Ensuring the content is in line with the platform's rules, community guidelines, and advertising standards.

10. Keeping the content safe and respectful: Ensuring that interactions during live sessions are appropriate and respectful, avoiding controversial or offensive language.

11. Following up with the audience: After the live session, hosts may engage with the audience by thanking them for attending, addressing any unanswered questions, or inviting them to future events.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present and explain well
• Fun, energetic, creative, confident and presentable in presenting with a positive and likable attitude.
• Interest in products and open to explore learning new product categories
• Ability to perform in fast-moving environment
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Education and Experience

• Undergraduate or Graduate in any course
• At Least one (1) year proven Experience as live streamer

• Salary Range: Php100.00 - Php200.00 per hour.
