Job Description

The IT Support Technician’s primary responsibility is to ensure the functionality of IT systems. This role will be involved in IT-related projects and will require the organizational skills needed to independently execute projects in a timely fashion. The ideal candidate will have worked for a Logistics company or Manufacturer.Required Skills and Qualifications

· 1-2 years of experience supporting various office equipment Desktop PCs, Laptops and Printers

· 1-2 years of experience installing and maintaining Windows operating systems

· Understanding of Office 365

· Install and configure computer hardware and software

· Basic understanding of Network infrastructure, TCP-IP routing, switching and firewalls

· Proficient with Office productivity tools Outlook, Office, Word and Excel

· Must be able to read and speak English

· Able to work independently

· Maintain documentations

Nice to have

· BS Computer Science or IT Graduate

· Experience Microsoft Active Directory

· Experience with CargoWise or similar system

· Experience administering Switches and Firewalls

· Experience working with a ticketing system to manage IT work

Role will be reporting onsite in BGC, Taguig

Negotiable compensation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
