The DCX Client Services Home-Based Inside Sales Representative is a valued and essential part of the customer experience. You will be responsible for all backend project management while working closely with end users, sales executives, suppliers, and account managers to ensure a great customer service experience. You will also be responsible for helping the assigned sales executive develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients and connecting with those clients to provide them with promotional product solutions.

- Proficiency in CRM Systems: Experience with CRM software like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Self-Motivation and Target-Driven: A strong desire to succeed and achieve sales goals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Generating Leads and Qualifying Prospects: Identifying potential customers and determining their needs and suitability for promotional products.
- Building Relationships: Establishing rapport with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Presenting Products and Solutions: Providing detailed information about promotional products, their features, and benefits, and demonstrating how they can meet customer needs.
- Closing Sales: Negotiating deals, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to clients.
- Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
- Utilizing Sales Tools: Using CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and other tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and improve efficiency.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
- Experience: 3-4 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role.
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
- Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.
- Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
- Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial.
- Customer orientation and the ability to adapt to and respond to diverse types of characters.
- Comfortable with social media marketing.
- Various promotional industry-specific software (i.e., Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore)

- Salary Range: PHP 35,000 - 40,000
