Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Employee Services Supervisor located in Manila. The Employee Services Supervisor will be responsible for managing HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in employee services, employee relations, and HR operations
• Strong understanding of labor laws and government-mandated benefits in the Philippines
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and records management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Solid experience in compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination, government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and employee incentives
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Accounting, or a related field
• Payroll background is a plus
