We’re seeking a Mid-Level Paid Ads Specialist to take hands-on ownership of our advertising campaigns, with a primary focus on Google Ads and secondary support for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
This role is ideal for someone who has solid, real-world experience managing Google Ads end-to-end, can independently optimize campaigns, and understands how paid traffic connects to business outcomes. While Google Ads is the main focus, basic-to-intermediate Meta Ads experience is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the setup, management, and ongoing optimization of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube as applicable)
- Optimize keywords, bidding strategies, ad copy, extensions, and budgets to improve ROI
- Monitor and troubleshoot conversion tracking and campaign performance issues
- Analyze performance data and proactively implement optimizations
- Support Meta Ads campaigns (campaign setup, audience refinement, creative testing, and basic scaling)
- Coordinate with internal teams on landing pages, messaging, and offers to improve conversion performance
- Prepare concise performance reports and insights with actionable recommendations
Required Experience & Skills
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of Google Ads account structure, bidding strategies, and Quality Score
- Experience managing live budgets and performance targets
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (not necessarily advanced, but practical)
- Ability to interpret data and make independent optimization decisions
- Strong attention to detail and accountability for results
Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and/or Google Tag Manager
- Experience running campaigns across multiple accounts or industries
- Basic CRO or landing page optimization experience
- Google Ads certification (or equivalent practical experience)
