  • The Front Desk Supervisor’s duties include scheduling shifts, handling guest complaints and requests, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of hotel services, and ensuring rooms are impeccably presented.
  • Responsible for managing and training our Front Desk staff, ensuring the highest level of customer service for our guests.
  • Our ideal candidate has a flair for communication, strong leadership skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

职位要求

  • With a pleasing personality.
  • Working schedule: 6 days per week, shifting, and holidays duty will most likely be required.
  • Computer knowledge and experience in office application and booking flat form is also required.
  • Proven work experience as a Front Desk Supervisor. 
  • Must adhere to the company code of ethics.
  • Willing to be assigned in Macapagal Pasay City.
