职位描述

  • Conduct research and development of new food products, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.
  • Analyze food samples and production processes to improve efficiency and quality assurance measures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop formulations that meet nutritional and regulatory requirements.
  • Test and evaluate food products for quality and flavor, making adjustments as necessary based on sensory analysis.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on food processing equipment and methodologies.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of food chemistry, nutrition, preservation, and processing techniques
  • Proficiency in quality assurance, food laws, and regulations
  • Can operate laboratory tools and equipments
  • Attentive to details and strong documentation skills.
