职位描述

  • Microeconomic and business research
  • Preparation of different types of various management reports as may be needed by our clients.
  • Participation in meetings with client concerning the parameters of the proposed professional engagement, the nature of the required reports, and the results of the research work.
  • Evaluate financial statement and other relevant data
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports, assumptions and result of the analysis.
  • Collaborate with supervisor or managers to refine valuation models and approaches.
  • Perform ocular inspection of the subject property as well as site inquiries
  • Perform other official duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

职位要求

  • With experience in the appraisal & valuation industry is a plus
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
