职位描述

  • Knowledgeable in Accounts Receivable
  • Maintain and report financial information
  • Create and analyze financial reports
  • Invoice processing and checking
  • Work closely with accounting team
  • Perform other finance duties
  • Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures
  • Calculate, post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts
  • Maintaining historical records
  • Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files
  • Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • At least 1 year in a finance field
  • Have good attitude and Personality
  • Willing to overtime if required and requested by the superior
  • Exhibits strong analytical, coordination, and decision-making skills
  • Positivity and collegial “can do” type approach
