Background in Sales of Hardware Products
Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in relevant field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year experience in a sales role is preferred, not mandatory for the right candidate with a proven track record.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Sales Management, Sales Support, and Customer Relationship Management. Should exhibit excellent Communication Skills and Public Speaking abilities, be adept in Creative Problem Solving, Relationship Building, Teamwork, Sourcing, Outside Sales, and Negotiation. Must have a high Attention to Detail.
Responsibilities and Duties: Generate leads, build and maintain customer relationships, understand client needs, present and deliver solutions, meet or exceed sales targets, prepare reports, give feedback to the management team.
Working Conditions: Usually requires working in a dynamic fast-paced environment, which may involve some travel for outside sales.
With driving skills specifically motor vehicle.
Qualities and Traits: Motivated, energetic, self-starter with a results-driven approach. Should have a professional demeanor, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
