Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
- Escorting guests to their tables and presenting menus.
- Providing detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverages.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders from guests and relaying them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
- Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
- Processing payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
- Assisting in the setup and breakdown of tables and chairs for service.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairings and menu items is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
