职位描述

Job Summary:

The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing inventory control processes to support a client in the pharmaceutical industry. This role ensures accurate stock levels, timely replenishment, compliance with industry standards, and seamless coordination across supply chain and warehouse operations to meet business and customer demand.


This is a full time remote and night shift role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory control procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods to identify shortages or excess
  • Ensure product availability across all distribution channels and direct customer demand
  • Record and reconcile daily deliveries, shipments, and inventory movements
  • Use inventory management systems and software to track demand and inventory data
  • Place purchase orders to replenish stock while avoiding stockouts or overstocking
  • Analyze inventory data and trends to forecast future requirements
  • Evaluate and manage suppliers to ensure cost-effective sourcing and reliable partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with warehouse teams, supply chain staff, and other stakeholders to meet operational goals
  • Ensure inventory practices align with pharmaceutical industry standards and client requirements
  • Prepare and present regular inventory reports, insights, and risk updates to management


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of inventory handling, stock control, and supply chain processes
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping skills
  • Strong business and analytical mindset with good judgment and insight
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Solid analytical and numerical skills with experience in forecasting and data analysis
  • Working knowledge of inventory management software and reporting tools
  • Ability to accurately track inventory and generate clear, actionable reports
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and accountable
  • Experience in People Management
  • Strong communication skills (American Accent and cross-functional collaboration is a plus)


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
  • Preferably a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience supporting US-based clients or operations within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage


Work Requirements

  • Willingness to work night shift
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
