Job Title: Veterinary Hospital Front Desk & Inventory Associate

Location: Greenwoods Pet Hospital located within Greenwoods Executive Village (covering the area of Pasig, Cainta and Taytay)

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our veterinary hospital as a Front Desk & Inventory Associate. This role combines receptionist, cashier, and inventory management responsibilities to ensure the smooth daily operations of the clinic. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable handling transactions and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Customer Service:

  • Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirm bookings via phone, SMS, or online platforms.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide basic information on clinic services.
  • Assist clients with forms, records, and pet-related documentation.

Cashiering & Billing:

  • Process payments for consultations, procedures, medications, and pet supplies.
  • Generate and issue receipts, invoices, and sales reports.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments with accuracy.
  • Maintain proper documentation of transactions and coordinate with accounting as needed.

Inventory & Supply Management:

  • Monitor clinic supplies, pet medications, and retail items to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Place orders for veterinary drugs, pet food, and consumables from suppliers.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and update stock records.
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of products.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and update client records and pet medical history.
  • Assist veterinarians and staff with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure the reception and retail areas are clean and organized.

Qualifications:

  • At least college level, college graduate is an advantage
  • Prior experience as a cashier, receptionist, or inventory clerk is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of pet care or veterinary services is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using computers, inventory software, and POS systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
