Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Branch Head, located on-site in Intramuros. The Branch Head will oversee daily branch operations, including team management, client relations, and ensuring the branch meets its financial and service goals. Responsibilities include staff training, performance monitoring, implementing company policies, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Regular reporting and collaboration with regional offices are essential parts of this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course in Business studies/administration/management
• At least 5 years’ experience in a Supervisory role in Non-Life insurance
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales, and operational target
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills
