职位描述

  • Performs general accounting procedures and principles
  • Performs general book keping and accounting functions
  • Coordinates with the company's partner accounting agency on all matters related to quarterly and annual BIR reports
  • Prepares sales reports, AR/AP and bank balance
  • Prepares check for payment to suppliers and petty cash funds
  • Record all accounting transactions in quickbooks
  • Process incoming checks
  • Performs account reconciliation and resolves billing and cash application problems

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1 year experience
  • Proven experience in credit analysis or collections
  • Knowledge of financial principles and credit risk management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability
