• Record daily financial transactions (journal entries) in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero).
• Maintain general ledger accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure proper cut-off and accruals of expenses and revenues.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements with company records.
• Reconcile subsidiary ledgers to general ledger accounts.
• Analyze and monitor balances for accuracy.
• Assist in preparing financial statements in compliance with PFRS.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal or external audits.
• Ensure compliance with BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue), SEC, and other local government requirements.
• Help prepare BIR returns (e.g., VAT, Expanded Withholding Tax, Income Tax) as needed.
• Track and record fixed asset acquisitions, depreciation, and disposals.
• Record and reconcile intercompany transactions if part of a group of companies.
• Maintain orderly records and documentation to support accounting entries and audits.
• Ensure transactions are recorded following company policies and controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or related finance field.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is preferred for higher or specialized roles.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in accounting systems like SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Familiarity with PFRS, tax laws, and BIR filings in the Philippines.

Soft Skills:

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
