• Administer vaccines to all scheduled patients following standard medical protocols.
• Prepare and check vaccine vials, syringes, and equipment before each procedure.
• Monitor patients before and after injection for possible adverse reactions.
• Ensure accurate documentation of vaccinations in the patient’s medical record.
• Educate patients on post-vaccination care and answer related health inquiries.
• Follow strict hygiene and safety standards, including the disposal of sharps and biohazard materials.
• Assist the clinic in other nursing tasks when needed (e.g., vital signs, patient triage).
• Coordinate with the clinic team for scheduling and patient flow.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (with valid PRC License)
• Preferably with experience in vaccination or clinical injection procedures
• With updated Basic Life Support (BLS) and other relevant training
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Willing to work on-site in Monumento, Caloocan
