Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing skills development.
  • Oversee daily recruitment operations, ensuring targets, KPIs, and SLAs are met, and compliance with company hiring processes and documentation.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles, from sourcing and screening to placement and onboarding.
  • Optimize recruitment workflows for efficiency and quality, using data and analytics to assess pipeline health, hiring velocity, and lead quality.
  • Continuously review and improve recruitment processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop/refine SOPs, checklists, and playbooks.
  • Evaluate and enhance assessments, interview guides, and candidate scoring tools; lead initiatives to improve candidate experience and recruiter performance.
  • Serve as the recruitment point of contact for clients, conducting intake calls, presenting candidate shortlists, and providing recommendations.
  • Collaborate with operations, HR, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Manage and maintain applicant tracking processes using Airtable; recommend and implement ATS workflow improvements.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract high-quality leads and reduce time-to-fill; monitor metrics and create regular reports.
  • Lead the client–VA matching process, interpreting psychometric and behavioral assessments to ensure optimal fit.
  • Provide insights to clients on candidate strengths and ensure matching recommendations are data-driven.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in recruitment leadership roles.
  • Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, placement, and onboarding.
  • Experience hiring for both management and rank-and-file positions.
  • Psychometrician certification or related background highly preferred.
  • Experience interpreting Cultural Index or similar psychometric tools (DISC, MBTI, Predictive Index, etc.).
  • Expertise in client–VA matching based on behavioral and work-style assessments.
  • Familiarity with recruitment process improvement, workflow optimization, and SOP creation.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented or agency environment is an advantage.
  • Experience with Airtable or other ATS platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; client-facing experience with professionalism and confidence.
