Property Operations & Facilities Management

  • Lead end-to-end operations of all managed properties to ensure safe, clean, secure, and well-maintained facilities.
  • Establish preventive and corrective maintenance programs aligned with industry best practices.
  • Oversee contractors, security, housekeeping, and technical service providers to ensure compliance with service-level agreements.
  • Ensure all properties comply with government regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.

Financial & Asset Management

  • Develop and manage annual property budgets, including operating expenses and capital expenditures.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-efficient initiatives to enhance asset value and profitability.
  • Lead revenue optimization strategies, including tenant mix planning, leasing support, and ancillary income generation.

Tenant & Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain strong tenant relations by addressing concerns, ensuring timely resolutions, and upholding service quality standards.
  • Develop tenant retention programs and service enhancements to improve satisfaction and occupancy levels.
  • Work closely with leasing, business development, and marketing teams in supporting property occupancy and utilization goals.

Strategic Program Development

  • Design and roll out transformative property management programs that uplift operational standards, customer experience, and sustainability.
  • Implement innovative technologies and digital solutions to improve operations efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Benchmark property operations and services against top industry standards to drive continuous improvement.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build and lead high-performing property management teams across all locations.
  • Mentor and develop staff through ongoing performance management, training, and competency development.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in property management handling malls, hotels, residential and commercial properties, or similar assets.
  • Proven track record in facilities and operations management, tenant relations, contract/vendor management, and budget oversight.
  • Strong leadership, critical decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Iloilo and travel occasionally across properties.
