Key Responsibilities

- Market and promote residential and/or commercial properties

- Generate and manage client leads

- Conduct property viewings and client consultations

- Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements

- Prepare and coordinate contracts and documentation

- Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on inquiries

Salary System

We offer applicants from 7% to $1,500. It cannot be lesser than 7%, but the max amount of $1,500 will be decreased by 100$ for each week of delay until it gets lesser than 7%. 7% will be the min commission. Max paid working hours the company gives for this per week is 10 hours. However, the company does not limit the applicant in working more if you want to achieve the commission.
