Priority will be given to candidates who can be based in Beijing.

1. Responsible for the design and development of the company's core systems, such as the trading system.

2. Responsible for refactoring existing systems to improve system stability and increase trading QPS, among other tasks.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above from 211/985 universities, majoring in computer science or related fields;

2. Over five years of J2EE development experience, with a deep understanding of Java collections, multithreading programming, and JVM principles;

3. Familiarity with MySQL database, proficient in SQL statements, and in-depth understanding of database transactions, locks, and indexes;

4. Proficient in Spring MVC, familiar with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related middleware for microservices, with practical experience preferred;

5. Familiar with common data structures, algorithms, and design patterns, with experience in distributed system design;

6. Deep understanding of commonly used caching middleware such as Redis; experience in distributed cache design preferred;

7. Good programming habits and engineering standards;

8. Familiar with commonly used commands in Linux operating systems;

9. Quick learner and good communicator, honest and trustworthy, passionate, with a sense of ownership, and self-driven;
