RecruitGo is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. This role plays a vital part in managing the full lifecycle of employee contracts and supporting various HR functions to ensure a smooth, compliant, and positive employee experience.


  • Draft and issue employment contracts, addendums, and salary adjustments for new hires and internal movements.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, especially for onboarding and contractual matters.
  • Monitor and track employee contracts, ensuring timely coordination with Recruitment, Payroll, and HMO Administration.
  • Provide guidance on company policies and enforce compliance.
  • Address employment-related inquiries from employees, applicants, and supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical employee records and documentation.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices, regulatory changes, and trends.
  • Support various internal and external HR-related initiatives and matters.

Gereklilik

  • 3–5 years of experience in general HR or employee relations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.


Preferred but not required:

  • Experience drafting contracts or handling employee relations.
  • Background in BPO, outsourcing, or Employer of Record (EOR) environments.
  • Experience in client-facing or account management roles.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and manual trackers.

  • Work Set up: Hybrid at CyberOne, 10th floor, Eastwood Cyberpark, 12 Eastwood Ave, Bagumbayan, Quezon City.
  • Work Status: Project-based; there is a possibility of regularization post-contract, but it's not guaranteed. We'll have to evaluate this by December.
  • Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PH Time
