1. Daily Operations Management: Responsible for the daily operations of the fiat currency trading platform, including merchant management, order processing, user support, and risk control monitoring;

2. Optimize trading processes to ensure smooth and secure fiat currency transactions on the platform;

3. Merchant Expansion and Maintenance: Develop and maintain high-quality merchant resources for fiat currency trading, increasing the number and activity of merchants. Regularly communicate with merchants to understand their needs, provide appropriate support, and resolve issues;

4. Data Analysis and Strategy Development: Regularly analyze fiat currency trading data, monitor key indicators (such as trading volume, user retention rate, and merchant activity). Develop operational strategies for fiat currency trading to increase the platform's user base and trading volume;

5. Market Promotion and Event Planning: Design and execute market promotion activities for fiat currency trading to attract new users and enhance retention of existing users;

6. Collaborate with marketing and branding departments to plan marketing activities targeting specific regions and user groups;

7. Monitor potential risks in fiat currency trading, promptly address risk events, and optimize risk control rules to ensure that fiat currency trading operations comply with company policies and local regulatory requirements;

8. Product Optimization and Feedback: Collaborate with the product team to propose optimization suggestions, promote iteration and innovation of fiat currency trading products. Collect user feedback to enhance the platform's user experience.

Job Requirements

1. Industry Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar position;

2. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English;

3. Willingness to travel overseas, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
