Job Responsibilities:

1. Design the front-end architecture for core products and continuously optimize it;

2. Optimize front-end development methods and collaboration processes, establish technical standards and specifications, and develop or refine tools to improve work efficiency based on front-end practices;

3. Provide solutions for front-end and back-end technology improvements, website performance optimization, and technology selection;

4. Keep abreast of cutting-edge front-end technologies and serve the team and business through new technologies;

5. Participate in the development of a web component library, create reusable components, and deliver productivity tools;

Qualifications:

1. Over 8 years of Internet front-end development experience, with front-end architecture capabilities and more than 2 years of experience in large-scale/high-concurrency platform development;

2. Solid front-end fundamentals with expertise in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/Ajax, and Fetch;

3. Familiar with ES5/ES6 and W3C standards, with in-depth understanding of separation of presentation and data, web modularization, and especially mastery of the underlying principles and components of React, Vue, and React Native;

4. Familiar with front-end engineering and related tools such as Webpack, Vue CLI, Babel, and ESLint;

5. Proficient in Node.js with hands-on experience in Node.js performance optimization;

6. Expert in React and Vue, with the ability to modify front-end framework source code and proven success in large-scale projects;

7. Proficient in front-end SEO techniques, with in-depth knowledge and practical experience of frameworks like Next.js;

8. Knowledgeable in web security principles and capable of implementing measures to prevent security vulnerabilities;

9. Experience in financial lending business projects and high-concurrency platforms is a plus;
