We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and building a strong online presence. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy Development:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Identify target audiences and create content that resonates across various platforms.
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI, adjusting strategies based on data and performance metrics.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos) that drives engagement and supports brand objectives.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all social media platforms.
  • Plan and execute a content calendar with regular posts, stories, and campaigns.

Community Management:

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community around the brand.
  • Monitor online conversations and brand mentions, addressing issues or opportunities.
  • Build relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and impact.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor, track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Use insights to optimize content and improve engagement, follower growth, and other key metrics.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Advertising and Campaigns:

  • Develop and manage paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and goals.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with other departments, including Content, PR, and Customer Service, to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce engaging content.
