Job Description

• Develop strong knowledge of the organization’s mission, vision, and brand values to effectively represent the business.
• Gain expertise in products, including sourcing, processing, and food applications, to confidently present solutions to clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers such as owners, general managers, and head chefs to foster partnerships and collaboration.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and contribute to growth objectives within the food service sector.
• Conduct research on assigned customer clusters (hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, caterers, independent food accounts) and stay updated on industry trends.
• Actively engage in industry groups, associations, and events to expand professional network and uncover new opportunities.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or customer engagement within the food or hospitality industry is preferred
• Fresh graduates with strong interest and willingness to learn are welcome

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Professional and confident personality, able to represent the brand effectively
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
• Genuine interest in the food industry, including knowledge of culinary trends and product applications

Preferred Training / Skills:

• Product knowledge and application training (Food/Dairy Industry)
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or consultative selling
• Food safety or basic hygiene training
• Presentation and communication skills
