Duties and Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Supports strategy development, uses job boards, and maintains a talent pipeline.
• Screening: Assists in reviewing resumes, initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
• Collaboration: Works with hiring managers on role requirements and market insights.
• Candidate Experience: Acts as a contact for candidates to foster a positive experience.
• Offer & Onboarding: Helps with job offers and onboarding.
• Reporting & Compliance: Tracks metrics and supports policy adherence.
