Role Description

This full-time on-site role is located in Makati and involves day-to-day activities focused promoting and selling high-value preselling property developments. As a Property Specialist, you will engage in property sales, customer service, and client communication. You will liaise with clients to understand their property needs, provide guidance throughout the sales process, and facilitate successful real estate transactions in both commercial and residential properties.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Residential, Commercial & Industrial Real Estate is an advantage
• Proven Sales skills in the real estate sector
• Ability to work effectively on-site and in Makati
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Relevant industry certifications or a degree in a related field is a plus
