Descrição:
- Conduct thorough cost estimations for projects
- Analyze blueprints and project specifications
- Collaborate with project managers and teams
- Prepare detailed reports and cost breakdowns
- Review and adjust estimates based on project changes
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student with no prior experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in estimation software, and excellent communication abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare project cost estimates, analyze resources, prepare detailed project plans, and support senior estimators.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with potential on-site visits; standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, teamwork spirit, and strong problem-solving abilities.
