1. Familiarity with the product architecture and processes of fiat C2C, matching transactions, etc. (Prior experience in Taobao, Alipay transactions, or the OTC industry is preferred);

2. Knowledge of fiat product solutions in different regions, adapting to local payment habits and regulatory policies, and collaborating with the business team to expand local partnerships;

3. Communicate with various parties including the business team, users, and the market to collect and analyze user needs, write product requirement documents (PRD), and drive the realization of requirements.

4. Work closely with departments such as technology, operations, risk control, and compliance to ensure timely product development and smooth launch, coordinating resources from various departments and resolving issues during product implementation.

5. Continuously optimize product features and user experience based on user behavior, market changes, and data analysis to enhance transaction efficiency and user satisfaction.

6. Assist marketing and operations teams with product training and promotion to improve market acceptance and user engagement.
