Key Responsibilities:

• Support marketing and operations teams in daily tasks and projects within HubSpot
• Build and manage HubSpot workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards
• Assist with the migration and integration of marketing operations into HubSpot
• Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate on project management tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Utilize Microsoft Suites and Google Workspace for documentation, communication, and reporting

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with HubSpot, including builds, workflows, automations, and reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Strong background in project management and CRM management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and support multiple teams
