（1）拥有5年设计和测量>100Gpbs光收发模块的经验>
（2）拥有3年光学模块安装工艺的实际经验>
（3）两年电磁场分析、利用模拟器进行热应力分析及通过>CAD进行PCB图纸制造的实践经验
