Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Bartender at Melo’s Home of Certified Angus Beef in Alabang. The Lead Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, managing bar operations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include mixing and serving beverages, maintaining an organized and clean bar area, managing cash transactions, supervising bar staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy and can efficiently operate Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) and other digital tools for inventory, scheduling, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bartending and Food & Beverage skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience with Cash Handling
• Leadership and supervision experience is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications or training in bartending or hospitality are beneficial
• Inventory Knowledge
• Must be proficient with Google Workspace
