Descrição:

  • Responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts within the food industry, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • The role involves ensuring the achievement of sales targets, implementing trade promotions, and expanding the company’s market share in the food sector.
  • Will work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality customer service and ensure smooth operations in trade channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners in the food industry, including retailers, supermarkets, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Act as the primary contact for key accounts, addressing concerns and providing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Drive sales growth by promoting the company's food products to key accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase product range within existing accounts.
  • Plan and execute trade promotions and in-store activities to maximize brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Coordinate with marketing and trade partners to ensure effective implementation of promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular check-ins and proactive communication with key accounts.


Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, account management, or trade within the food industry.
  • Knowledge of food market dynamics, including retail and wholesale environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing contracts and trade agreements.
