Requisito

  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment and employee relations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; proficiency in HR software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, conduct employee onboarding, and maintain employee records.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment with potential for remote work; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, empathetic, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
