  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, BS Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in HR software.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, empathetic, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
