Descrição:

  • Assist in recruitment: post job ads, process applications, conduct initial interviews, schedule interviews, and handle hiring documents..
  • Handles timekeeping and attendance monitoring
  • Assists in employee programs and company events
  • Answer employee questions about clearance, employment status, timekeeping, recruitment, and other concerns.
  • Keep and update employee records (201 files) and database.
  • Prepare HR reports and documents as needed by management.
  • Conduct orientation for new employees.
  • Monitor and request company uniforms.
  • Help plan and organize employee activities and company events such as Christmas party.
  • Prepare employee documents such as certificates and clearances.
  • Assist in performance evaluations, salary/benefits reviews, employee relations, and other HR programs.
  • Preparing of NTE.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned
  • Willing to assigned in Mandaue, Cebu
