Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Services team in managing employee benefits and claims administration.
- Assist in the reconciliation of reports as it relates to HR Services and Benefits.
- Assist in answering and providing update on daily queries received from employees.
- Support interactions between service providers, finance, employees and other stakeholders within the organization.
- Work with HR Services team to ensure that each task (or case) meets the timeliness and quality measures.
- Respond to all requests and communications effectively and efficiently.
- Assist in implementing and administering human resources policies and procedures and ensuring that practices are compliant with statutory requirements and guidelines.
- Provides timely assistance related to company-initiated benefits (e.g. HMO, Life Insurance, allowances, uniforms, etc.) and government mandated benefits.
- Other tasks that may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- College graduate in any HR related course or equivalent
- With previous experience in conducting behavioral/competency-based interviews
- Preferably with relevant experience in volume recruiting
- Must be knowledgeable in MS Office applications
- Preferably with experience and knowledge in using an Applicant Tracking System
- Must have familiarity and experience working with various job boards/platforms

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
