Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in an HR role within the food production industry.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in training and development, recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, payroll, HR administration, and compliance with labor laws (DOLE).
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, facilitate training, oversee employee relations and compliance, and handle payroll and benefits administration.
